28 to 30 June AMADEO will be exhibiting at HITEC in Orlando. It will be the official launch of our USA business unit as well as our new Cloud based operating system.
What we will show:
AMADEO’s booth and team will have a specific focus on different ways of checking in guests and on how to communicate with them before, during, and after their stay.
We believe that guests should have a choice. Check in can take place through your loyalty app with a mobile key, at the reception desk, in the lobby (through AMADEO Mobile Reception) or even through their loyalty card by opening their hotel room for the first time.
But communication and interaction with your guests should start way before the check-in. AMADEO’s progressive web app will allow your guests to discover your property and its services before arrival. It will allow them to order upgrades and extras and make reservations for activities.
